Sore Throat In The AC, Leads To Chest Infection And Sickness. How Can This Problem Be Solved?

hi, In the gym i go to the air conditioning is always on as people from the gym prefer it so i cant take it off but after 20 mins of been there my throat starts to get sore which then leads up to chest infection and there goes another 1-2 weeks sick which has happened around 8 times in 1 year what can i do about this problem. as every gym i go has airconditioning

Every air-conditioning area may not cause this.
In most establishments, the air conditioning system is not or could not be cleaned. With time, moulds accumulate in the duct and can cause symptoms.
Many do not allow fresh air - but re-circulate the air to save power consumption. So if there is one sick person, the virus will be spreading to everybody.

Cold temperature itself may be responsible - but not common. Try changing the Gym. You may benefit.
