Sore Throat, Odd Taste In Mouth, Body Shakes And Acid Reflux. Took Antibiotics. Is This Strep Disease?

I have an odd taste in my mouth. I also have uncontrollable body shakes. My throat is sore as if I have strep. I had this past week trouble with acid reflux so started pepcid in addition to my prilosec, and am already on antibiotics for UTI and PNEUMONIA. Can I still be coming down with strep?

Continue antibiotics and follow culture sensitivity
