Sore Throat On Swallowing, Sore Neck From Neck To Shoulders, Frequent Headaches, Stomach Pain Causing Low Appetite. Cure?
Hi, I ve got a sore throat when I swallow but its not a scratchy feeling, a sore neck from behind my ears to my shoulder , headaches every now and then (I wouldn t say they are like a normal headache, but a thumping one every so often), I also seem to have pain in the stomach (not like ill pain, just like after doing an ab workout ) which makes me lose my appetite Many thanks
Hello I am Dr Ravinder Sharma ENT surgeon
On the basis of information provided it appears that your problem of sore neck and pain in stomach may be because of GERD (Gastroesophageal reflux disease). However there can be other causes too.Thumping headache will require a clinical examination and some tests(Possibilities are sinus headache, high blood pressure, tension headache)
I would advise you for a physician and a ENT consultation to settle the issue
I hope this answers your concerns. Feel free to contact me if your need more information on this
With warm regards
Ravinder Sharma
