You are most likely suffering from acute upper respiratory tract infection; mostly viral in nature.
These infection may involve pharynx and tonsils and may cause secondary bacterial infection.
Presence of sore throat, redness of mouth and ulcer suggests the diagnosis.
You should consult with internal medicine specialist and should go for thorough check up.
You should take cough suppressants, decongestants, throat soothing and antipyretics.
You should also perform gargles three times in a day.

HI I have gone through your mail and a you said that you have sore throat and pain on coughing and yawing this is for last two days today morning you saw red eruptions on palate and there are some white patches also.I think that you are having acute pharyngitis with sepsis. as you said that today no doctor is available so you can take some broad spectrum antibiotic,analgesic,and gargling with antiseptic gargle but as soon as possible you should contact E.N.T. specialist for clinical examination and work out for investigations to rule out staph, A.S.O.titre and atypical bacteria to prevent future complications.
