Sore Throat, Slight Wheezing, And Coughing After Inhaling Cleaning Product. Taking Cough Medicine. Anything To Worry?

I have a minor sore throat, slight wheezing, and coughing after accidentally inhailing cleaning products. I immediately began coughing which lasted about 5 minutes. The symptoms didn't start until the next day. I've had the symptoms now for 4 days. Not sure if I have a cold or not. I have been taking cough medicine. Could this be serious or just a common cold?

continue with cough syrup.
Do warm water gargles.
Take some throat smoothing lozenges to stop irritation.
