Sore Throat, Stiff Neck, Shooting Pain In Ears, Fatigue. Treatment?

Hi, I've had a sore throat (some days worse than others) for several weeks now. I also have a stiff neck on my left side, sometime radiating right or down between my shoulder blades. My ears feel plugged up and sometimes I get shooting pains. I've been very fatigued, as have the muscles in my shoulders. I feel like I don't get any sleep, even after sleeping all night long. Keflex did nothing to help. I'm frustrated!
