Sore Throat, Stuffy And Runny Nose, Fever

Hi! I was just wondering if I could talk with a doctor about some symptoms that have shown up within the past few weeks. Recurring are a very sore throat and sometimes a stuffy/runny nose . But yesterday I had a fever and felt like I might throw up. I m not sure what s going on and I m wondering if you have any advice!
