Sore Throat, Swollen Glands, Tiredness, Traces Of Glandular Fever. Safe To Play Sports?

hi my 14 year old son has traces of glandular fever in his system he has had a sore throat , swollen glands and is experiencing extreme tiredness a repeat blood test will be taken in 4 weeks time - should I let him play a gaelic football match on friday night if he is feeling ok I told him no but he insists on playing thanks
