HI I have gone through your mail and as you said you were initially having sore throat and you feel pain on swallowing pain is mainly on right side of throat only, later on you develop pain in nose also.you have off & on headache also. Considering your all symptoms it is clear that you are having acute upper respiratory tract infection with right sided tonsillitis. As far as treatment is concern you should go for these investigations (1) C.T.scan para-nasal sinuses (2) culture and sensitivity of throat swab (3) X-Ray chest P.A.view (4) Blood- C.B.C., E.S.R., blood-sugar F & pp.After this you are advice to contact your E.N.T.specialist for clinical examination and co-relation of investigation for proper diagnosis and treatment.Thanks.
