Soreness, Hardness, Continuous Bleeding Over The Area Of Pilondial Cyst Removal Years After Surgery. What Should Be Done?

I had a pilonidal cyst removed two years ago. Had the open wound and a nurse packed it with gauze everyday for nearly 3 weeks. I still don t think it has healed properly. Today it was sore and hard like a pimple . I playe sport, got home showered all ok. 2 hours later I sat down and noticed it started bleeding a lot. It s deep red and is not stopping. What should I do?
