Soreness On Ankles. Taking Levaquin. Side-effects Of Medication?
I am a male 50 years old. I was prescribed 500mg Levaquin . On the 7th day I started experiencing soreness in left ankle and a day later soreness in the exact same place on the right ankle. My doctor told me to stop taking the med and take it easy. How concerned should I be about long term damage and is there anything else i should be doing?

Discontinue medication. No long term effects. Calm down. Are you on any other medication?
