Soreness On One Side Of Tongue With Little Black Holes. Concerning?
My tongue has been very sore on the right side back about half way. It would hurt when I talk, eat etc. Kinda like when one of your tastebuds turned white. Looking at my painful tongue again last night I noticed what looks like a little black hole on my tongue right where its been hurting for months. Should I be scared?

Hello.Probably you seem to have oral or canker sores(major variety).When fully infected, it becomes necrosed causing black eschar. Definitely see an oral specialist/dermatologist, ASAP.Broad spectrum antibiotics need to be started immediately.
