Soreness On The Penis Due To Excessive Masturbation. Remedy?

I started masturbating at 11..it was excessive indeed and it was prone.One day i had like a lesion/sore..on my penis head it was invisible but it was painful as my underwear touched it..the next day..the pain stopped..where i felt the pain was looked lighter than the other part of my penis head.No sex at all.I have had no trouble since then but my penis looks wierd..

Thanks for your query.Based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have been indulged in masturbation since many years.and hve noticed erosion over your glans .This is most likely to be due to vigorous masturbation

Jut clean it with warm water and apply topical antibiotic locally twice daily for a week.

This will get cured within a week.
