Sores Inside My Nose, Scabs, Fever, Sore Throat, Lump In Jaw. What Does This Mean?
For the past three weeks I have been experiencing sores inside my nose (very painful) scabbing and then sore will re appear, fevers, sore throat (off and on), and now I have an extremely sensitive hard lump under my jaw. The lump showed up about a week ago and keeps getting more tender each day and I also still have sore in my nose, and so far today no fever.

you have acute pharyngitis, and boils in the nose..
any infection in this area is dangerous(because it is called as dangerous area of face)..
see your ENT surgeon for broad spectrum antibiotics like penicillin group and symptomatic therapy..
