Sores On Body. Diagnosed Folliculitis. No Help From Antibiotics. Suggest

I have three sores on my body, one on my lower right leg, and 2 on my stomach. I thought that they were spider bits, I went to Emergency 3 days after I noticed them on my body, I was diagnosed with having Folliculitis, they gave me Antibiotics, I've taken them for seven days, I'm still not completely healed, what should I do ?

Hello.the sores on the body can be folliculitis .Go for antibiotic culture and sensitivity and use a suitable antibiotic.use a antiinflammatory agent .use mupirocin ointment over the effected areas and on the nares
