Sores, Scabs Inside Nostril, Experiencing Dizzy. What To Do?

I have some sores and scabs on the inside of my nostril for the last few months - I ve tried 2 different antibiotic creams and a course of antibiotics which gets rid of it whilst using it but as soon as I stop it returns. I have also been experiencing some dizzy spells too.

Hi and thanks for the query,
You have a condition called vestibulitis - it is infection in your nostrils.
Recurrent episodes of vestibulitis are seen in diabetics.
Please get your sugars checked.
An antibiotic of the penicillin group should do the trick.
Also apply mupirocin ointment 3 times daily for 3 weeeks to completely get rid of the bacteria.
Your dizzy spells may also be due to diabetes.
Regards, Dr kishori.
