I Have Done My Sperm Analysis 2Weeks Ago This is my report please tell me if there any cure for this 1:-Physical examination: Volume:- 1ml, colour:- creamy white. Consistency:-viscous, Appearance:-turbid, liquefication:-received already liquefied...minutes 2:- Chemical examination:- Fructose test:- Postive, Reaction (ph):- Alkaline, Total Sperm count:-Nill millions/ml.Motolity 1st hrs:- Grade 0= Non motile – Nil, Grade 1= Weak forward progression – nil, Grade 2= Moderate forward progression – nil, Grade 2= Active forward progression-nil, Total Abnormal Sperm- Nil, Pus Cells- 4-6/ H.P.F., Crystals- Nil, R.B.C.- Nil, Bacteria-Nil, Epithelial cells :- 0-1/ H.P.F., Protozoa:- Nil, Immature forms :- Occasional, Yeast cells:- Nill

Hello and welcome to HCM,

The semen analysis is as follows:
1. The volume of semen is low per ejaculate. Normally 2 ml of semen should be present per ejaculate.
Other physical characters like color, consistency, appearance and liquefaction are within normal limits.
2. However, there are no sperms in the semen sample.
Absence of sperms is called azoospermia.
3. Presence of pus cells suggests infection in the urogenital tract.

The cause for absence of sperms in semen has to be found out.
However, a repeat semen analysis needs to be done.
Infection of the urogenital tract also needs to be treated before repeating the semen analysis.
