Sperm Color Has Become Light And Thin With Less Quantity

Hello Sir, Earlier my semen colour was white and thick and also quantity was excess. But from few months, colour has become very light, thin and very very less quantity (Few drops). What might be the reason for this? Also, can you please tell how we can get to know the sperm count other than going for a test in lab.
