Sperm Count Is Less Due To Masturbation
Hi, I have been masturbating since past few years..Now a days I am not doing it but I found my sperm got very thin and it seems sperm count is less. I am very disturbed due to this problem. I am also facing nightfall almost every week. Please provide me sincere suggestion so that I could get it cure and live a disease free life.. Thanks in advance!!

Hello.Welcome to HCM forum.You have unnecessarily spun mental cobwebs around you.Get the semen analysis done to know the exact status.Mere masturbation for few years make a person sperm or semen less.Nightfalls are natures way of expelling extra prostatic fluid formed.Once you find your semen report normal,your blues will vanish.Thanks and good luck.

why r u worried from all...
if u helathy and good food ur semen will be ok within 2-3 months....
and about night fall problem if possible dont eat too much junk food, masala food and heavy food in night also dont drink too much hot milk or anything other...
If still problem survives then u need to visit a sexologist so that ur problem will be erased from ur life forever...

You have not mentioned your age.As you advance in age,sperm counts tend to get lowered;same is true for excessive mastubation.So do not worry,reduce your frequency of masturbation and check your semen after 2 weeks.
