Sperm Spilling From Vagina After Sex. Reason?
Hello Doc,my wife and i have been married for over 3 months nw and we have been having sex without issues.unfortunately she called M̶̲̅ε̲̣ this mornin to complain that she noticed sperm spilling of her virgina after intercourse,something she said start very recently,what is the cause and effect of this.

Hello,
1) Spilling of semen after intercourse is quite normal thing and it occurs mostly due to liquefaction of semen with time after ejaculation.
Other reasons are 1) partner's large amount of ejaculation following abstinence for few days 2) more watery ejaculation state 3) increased cervical or vaginal secretion following your highly aroused state 4) increased vaginal temperature (with infection) or closed cervical os etc.
Spilling of semen does not impact on your chances of conception in any way. You need not to be worried regarding this. You can opt for some measures like lifting your hips or taking a pillow behind buttock after his ejaculation which may prevent back flow to some extent.
2) For erectile dysfunction or weak erection, you can take sildenafil or tadalafil after consultation with your doctor.
