Spike In Blood Pressure, Double Vision, Lightheaded, Sweating, Weakness. Blood Pressure Taken After Eating, Normal. Causes For BP Spikes?
What are the symptoms of a spike in blood pressure either high or low. My husband just had an episode where he was seeing double, was lightheaded sweaty and felt weak. He had some cheerios, rice krispies and yogurt and seemed to feel somewhat better. We took his blood pressure when he was feeling somewhat better and it was normal.

The following symptoms that you have mentioned. Suggests that your blood pressure is having lot of variations, there should be a baseline control of blood Pressure .
Measure blood pressure atleast three time a day and check for variations and make sure that you take some anti hypertensive tablets at night times.
