Sporatic Pain In The Tooth, Sinus And Leg. On Clindamycin 300 Mg, Cefuroxime 500 Mg For 1.5 Weeks

I have tooth pain, sinutites and leg cramps. The tooth pain is not constant. Leg cramps are after being in bed for awhile. Sinutites has been three weeks. I am on clindamycin 300 mg, cefuroxime 500 mg. 1.5 weeks for both. Had root canal 4 days ago. Felt good for two days. No swelling anymore from sinutites or tooth, but still have a lot of pain sporatically. Ice seems to help a little. All teeth hurt

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi. If the sinus and the tooth involved are on the same side , there is a concern for sinusitis due to infection of the projecting root of the tooth into the sinus. I do advice CT scan to rule out this possibility. Other teeth can get hurt due to neurological connections are same on the same side. With Antibiotic treatment this should settle down fast, it there is no direct connection. Leg cramps can be due to infection anywhere in the body.
