Spot On Bum Filled With Blood, Pus, Dry Skin Around It.Scar Growing In Size. Dangerous?

i have a spot on the top of my bum cheek near my hip, it s more like a bite, and has a white layer of dry skin around it, i had two last year and thought nothing of it, it bleed and puss comes out of it, would you tell me what it is or is it dangerous, the scar is around twice the size of what the spot was, it seems to grow in size.

HELLO I THINK THE SPOT WITH FILLED PUS MAY BE FURUNCLE.IT IS ONLY DUE TO EXCESSIVE SWEAT IN THAT AREA AND DUE TO TIGHT CLOTHING.USE A BROAD SPECTRUM ANTIBIOTIC AND MUPIROCIN OINTMENT FOR TREATMENT
