Spot On Cheek Oozing Liquid. Had Low Fever. No Help With Medication. What Could It Be?

I have a spot on my cheek that oozes clearish liquid. It s been there for over a week. I went to a doctor (small emergency clinic ) and they took a culture. I had a low grade fever when I went in, and I ve been feeling pretty lowsy. I guess they only checked for staff, but it came back negative. I ve been taking antiviral, steriods and antibiotics and it s still there. what on earth could it be?
