Spot On Foreskin, Firm Line, Hurting. Treatment?

hi about a week ago i had a spot come up on my foreskin on left side as i look at it. popped it and thought nothing of it. it has reformed ahead a couple of times but seems to be going. worrying thing is though is in the last few days a firm line has developed leading up to the spot about an inch long and in the last couple of days it has been hurting as i walk or move around when my clothes rub it, like a sharp pinching pain . any help wouid be great as am a little worried what might need to be done to treat it and know i wouldn t be able to sleep with my girlfriend while its so tender. i am 30 years old. thanks

your penile painful lesion may be herpetic lesion, cellulitis, fungal lesion or even other ,so it is better to get it examined by a dermatologist for its early treatment, it is useless hiding it and experimenting blindly.
