Spot With Peak On My Leg After Squeezing A Bump

Hi, I have a lot of rashes on my legs, I believe its from my hair getting trapped. A Month ago I squeezed one of the bump and it turned into a big spot with a peak, I squeezed it, puss came out. Two weeks later it dried out,a little but had a piece of skin sticking out of the slightly smaller peak, I pulled the skin and realised it was atrached to something behind it. Pulled a little more and the skin came out with a yellow hollow 2milimetre tube, it left a gaping hole where the spot was. I applied some salon and covered up the region. Two weeks on from that the gap has closed up, but there s a dark black spot in its place, there s also a white centre, but I m sure its not puss, its dry. I m worried that something is wrong, been pondering whether it could now be an internal infection. Will appreciate your reply, thank you.
