Spots In The Upper Lips After Having Unprotected Oral Sex. STD?

A couple of weeks ago I had unprotected oral sex and the next week I had a funny feeling when I urinated. It did not hurt, burn, no discharge, and no blood. I went to the doc and was tested for gonnerhea and chalmadia and the test were negative. I recently woke up with 3 red dots in my mouth on my upper lip, that later turned into a something like a 3 little sores; that i only felt if I hit it while eating or if it something hot touches it. But I still would not consider it be painful. The little sores are going away now; I've only had it for four days. Should I be worried about any other stds?

Hi,
Welcome and thanks for posting your query to HCM.
After reading your query it appears to be Aphthous Ulcer or stomatitis and not any sexually transmitted disease (STD). It is characterized by burning, itching or stinging and sores in mouth which are triggered by nutritional deficiencies, local trauma, stress. Though you have not mentioned exact timing after which you have had oral sores but to say scientifically also there is no STD which manifest as oral sores as like your condition. To support your good health are your reports along with you. As these are regressing ,so need not to be worried about anything.
In future maintain the practice of safe sex!!
With best wishes,
