Spots On Neck, Arms, Back, Legs, Itchy, Prurigo Eczema. Treatment?

Hello, Six month ago, few spots appeared on my neck and under my arms, they were itchy but when I scatched them thy marked. Recently in just few days more spots appeared under my arm, back and on my legs around bikini area, according to dr friend she named them as prurigo eczema . How can I cure my skin and git rid of the scars for good. Thank you. Cecilia

The areas you are mentioniing are damp and wet areas nad you must be suffering from fungal infection.try using cotrimoxazole cream and powder
