Spreading Red, Itchy Rash With White Pus On Left Knee Going To Ankle, Legs. No History Of Any Allergic Reaction. Opinion?

I have a rash that started on my left knee and has grown down to my ankle and now is growing up my leg and im starting to get it on my other leg its red and itches and has white pusey stuff in it and they hurt i havent had a fever or anything idk what it is and im not elergic to anything that i know if and i havent been using anything different
