Squeezed Skin On Face To Remove Dirt Out Of Small Dent. Face Swollen And Pain. Applied Ice. Is It Due To Trauma Caused To Skin?

Hi, I had squeezed my skin on my face as there is a small dent there to get out any dirt but now it s all swollen on that side and cheek looks massive the pain has gone done with ice but it s still really swollen. What is happening? I ve never had this reaction before. Do you think it may be cause of the trauma caused to the skin?
