Started Nuva Ring, Dull Ache In Lower Right Leg. Should I Take The Ring Out?

Hi, I started the Nuva Ring almost 3 weeks ago (I m supposed to take it out Sunday). I m really concerned now because I started 45 minutes ago with a dull ache in my lower right leg. Should I take the ring out now or wait until Sunday? I m getting really scared. ANY help would be amazing. Please.
