Stent In Brain, High Blood Pressure, Cholesterol, Diabetes, Got Heart Attacks. Does Nausea And Vomiting Indicate Another Heart Attack In Near Future?

Stent in brain from stroke 10yrs ago high blood pressure and cholesterol diabetes heart attack 14 months ago smoker had major heart attack 9 days ago sedated until 48 hrs ago vomiting n nausea last 24 hrs 20% heart function does nausea and vomiting indicate another heart attack in near future? Chances of survival beyond a few months?

Life and death is not in our hands. Its controlled by Mighty GOD .I am the one who is always be optimistic. Our job is to treat the condition to best of our scientific knowledge.
there are multiple issues in your case which need to be addressed.
1.You need to quit smoking if you haven't done it, as smoking and illnesses which you got cant go together for long.
2.stent in brain I think will be fine, but need to be in regular fallow up by doctor who put that in.
3.Symptoms of nausea and vomiting could be because of drugs you are receiving.
4.Did you get any coronary stents.
5.Your diabetes need to be very well controlled, i.e. HBa1c below 7mmol.
5.Cholesterol need to be well controlled as well.
6.you must have brisk walk for 20 minutes daily for 5 days a weak.
7.Finally we cant sit and wait for death or another heart attack. We must pre-empt things.
8.Be optimistic.
