Sticky Dandruff With Hair Fall, Tried Ktc, Triatop Not Helped. Recommendations?

i am suffering from severe dandruff.... i have tried many shampos like ktc, triatop, but no use... the dandruff is sticky one, wen i scratch my head it comes in heads and not easily removed by hair wash. My hair strand width is much good, but i have started with hairfall too ( almost more than 100 strands/day). My age is 25, ht. 5.1.. please suggest,

Hi,
You seem to bevsuffering from condition known as seborrheic dermatitis. It is characterised by itchy red scalp areas with greasy yellow white sticky flakes.
To treat the same
Use a ketoconazole and tar based shampoo every alternate day till dandruff subsides then use once in a week.:
Apply steroid salicylic acid lotion in night
Avoid oiling your scalp as it exacerbates dandruff
Hopefully with these steps your scalp condition would improve.

hithanx for the query.its better u consult a trichologist.
u seem to have tenia infection.u will nedd oral and topical steroids.
at time biopsy might alos be reuires.its better to consult a doctor. get thyroid levels done too as it might cause hair problems.some mineral deficiencies also can cause hair fall.byeeee
