Sticky Urine. Difficulty In Interpreting Phrases, Talking And Understanding. Has It Affected My Nervous System?

hello sir , since last long time (arround 10 years) , I feel my urine quite sticky in morning . i was ignoring it initially , but now I am feeling that it had affected my nervous system badly , I am not able to interpretate the phrases said my someone whom i am talking to . Things goes on top of my head i feel. After seeing something , it takes me some time to understand . what I am seeing . It all started at age of arround 17 , and continuing till now. I am 28 now. Please advice.
