Stiff Neck, Headache, Sinus Infection And Pain In The Back. History Of Anemia And Asthma. What Is The Treatment?

I woke up about 4 weeks ago with a stiff neck . It hasn t gone away. It has a headache that comes and goes. Now for two days I have had symptoms of a sinus infection . And this morning woke up with pain in the middle of my back. And it seems between my shoulder blades are burning a bit. I have asthma , and anemia . Otherwise healthy thank goodness. sorry, I can t afford to pay anything.

HI I had gone through your mail and as you said you are already having sinus infection,one morning after awakening you got stiffness and pain on back of your neck which afterword extend to back of your chest in between shoulder blades.you are an anemic fellow with asthma,you have not mentioned that have you taken any treatment or not.Anyway I am suspecting that your sinus infection is now landing on complications like meningitis and pneumonitis,thus you are advice to go for some basic investigations like-(1) X-Ray chest,(2) C.T.scan brain & paranasal sinuses,(3) Blood- CBC,Ser proteins,SGPT,ESR,Prothrombin time.(4) Urine-routine & microscopic.Apart from this clinical examination by your doctor is must for co-relation of results of investigations with clinical observation only than final line of treatment may be decided.Thanks.
