Stiff Neck, Pain In Head, Ear And Jaws, Back Ache, Fever. Have Tonsillitis
Hi I am having stiffness in the left back part of my neck since 10 days. I constantly have a dull pain, get shooting pain occasionally, which radiates to my head, left ear, left jaws. I have also started getting back aches and fever since 3 days. I was diagnosed with left tonsillitis 15 days back, which has since been cured(checked by a doctor).
HI I have gone through yuor mail and as you said that you had left sided tonsillitis about 15 days back and you have taken medicines for that later that gets cured as you have been told by your doctor. I would like to tell you that tonsillitis is a disease which usually involves both tonsils. Whenever there is unilateral tonsillitis there will be either associated cyst or stone called tonsilolith. these are having tendency for recurrence and giving rise to complication as paratonsillar abscess. Once paratonsillar abscess develops there occurs severe pain in throat radiate to ear and jaw.You are now advice to consult your E.N.T.specialist to do clinical examination and treatment.Thanks.
