Stitches Under Breast Getting Worse

Hi, I ve had a stitch in my side directly under my right breast and slightly to the right about 45 degrees from front for a few days now and it s getting worse. It seems to have started when I d slept on my left side in a slightly twisted position a few nights ago. Do you have any suggestions as to what to do to make it go away?

The pain and swelling in the area can be decreased with a hot fomentation in the area. It will takes a few days to subside.
