Why would my stomache be bloating severely after I fimished passing the rest of my tissue and sac during a miscarriage?

Stomach and uterus different and placed in different compartment.
So your miscarriage and stomach has no connection,any thing done in uterus has no effect on the stomach.
yes,medicines given after miscarriage may give stomach upset and causing acidity or bloating feeling.
Take some antacid like omeprazole and you become alright.
