Stomach Cramping, Head Hurt, On Period. What Could Be Wrong?

my stomach is cramping really bad at the top and im sweating and super hot and my head hurts. What could be wrong? Its been happening all night I cant sleep and its hard to stand up when it starts hurting. It start hurting for a few minutes then stops. I thought it was just my period because I am on my period but it doesn t feel like period cramps .

Thanks for the query.
You didn't mention any details about your age, marital status or possibility of pregnancy etc.
In perimenopausal age group these type of symptoms can be seen due to the fluctuation in the hormonal levels.
If your are in reproductive age group and there is possibility of pregnancy, better to consult gynecologist and get examined.
Go for ultrasound and hormonal evaluation including thyroid profile which will help finding the actual cause for your problem and treatment can be taken accordingly.
