Stomach Cramps, Loose Motions, Loss Of Appetite, Fever, Nausea. Medicine?

My 11 year old son has been suffering from stomach cramps and loose motions (10 times since last morning). He had no appetite the whole day but for dinner he felt a little hungry & had home made chicken soup. But since 4.30 am he has been having fever & nausea . He has thrown up twice. What would be the right medication for him ?
