Stomach Cramps, No Periods, Mood Swings And Dry Scalp. Not Pregnant. Advice?
Hello doc. How are you? I am experiencing the following symptoms, I am not sure if they are related or exclusive to each other. I have been experiencing stomach cramps, cramps in my womb, no period for the last three months, I am not pregnant, I have taken a pregnancy test. Very very dry scalp, sensitive breasts and moodiness and fatigue. Could you advise me.
Hello madam, you have cramps in the lower abdomen, No periods for 3 months, Dry scalp, sensitive breast, moodinesss and fatigue. You are not pregnant because of _ve pregnancy test. All this may be interlinked or not. Only investigations will reveal the actual picture. You have not told your age and menstrual history. First of all do a USG abdomen to assess your reproductive organs along with hormone analysis of thyroid and ovaries and a routine blood analysis. If there is any problem treat the cause. Meanwhile leave all your worries, tension and stress. Change your life style and take a healthy diet. I think if at all, only a solvable problem should be there. Best wishes
