Stomach Pain, Bloating, Brown Discharge. Have PCOS, Schogenic Stroma. Reason?

I got my periods when I was 11 now I am 15 Almost 16.... My periods were irregular right from the beginning I used get them every 4-5 months and whenever I got them they were damn painful and heavy like the lasted for 2 weeks and with a lot of blood and them we found out I have pcos and echogenic stroma but recently I have horrible stomach aches, fullness , nausea and I have brown colour discharge ... We are going to go to a doc in a week but what can this be ?

Hello ma'am.

These symptoms could alsp be related to your PCOS, but a brown discharge could also indicate the beginning of a period or the end. You have not mentioned anything about your last period and your sexual status, making my response incomplete. Please do discuss these details with your doctor.

As for more details on a brown discharge, it is seen in abnormal conditions like infections, miscarriages and a hormonal imbalance.
