i finshed my period yesterday and ive got pain in my tummy and my tummy has been rock hard, and i was light headed this morning and i have been feeling a little sick and im worried what might be wrong with me, that i might be pregnant. please tell me whats wrong because i dont want to have to go to the doctor and there be nothing wrong with me

You finished your periods only yesterday , this only rules out pregnancy. If you become pregnant , you will have missed periods . Your problem is unrelated to pregnancy. You may consult a general physician for your problem.
