Stomach Pain For 4 Days. Taking Imodium, Tylenol. Recommendations?

Good afternoon doctor,
I have a stomach pain, for about 4 days now. First I thought I ate something wrong, but after few days, I don't think so.
the pain is not constunt, but it happens during the day or even night and have to run to the washroom. For those few days i'm taking Imodium to prevent cramps and from upper stomach pain I'm taking Tylenol.
Any suggestions?

Hi,
It seems that you might be having some gastro-intestinal infection.
Take ofloxacilin, tinidazole combination medicine for 3 days.
Take omiprazole tablet for 2-3 days.
Take light diet like curd, rice, buttermilk.
Ok and take care.
