Stomach Pain, Lower Back Pain, Minor Abdominal Discomfort. Taken Ranisan Anti Acid. Cure?

Hello Doctor, i have had upper stomach pain for the last 4 days , i took Ranisan (anti acid) for 2 days and now i still have minor stomach pain , im okay . But today the whole day im experiencing lower back pain , (middle not side) , no recent physical exercice , even when i took a nap i stood up again Is it related? i have no severe symptoms i just feel physical lumber back pain and abdomen minor discomfort thank you :)

The pain which you were suffering may not be gastritis at all. It may be a mild degree of infection in the intestine. If the pain is cramp like then you can take some kind of spasm relieving drugs. continue antacids for atleast ten days.
