Stomach Pain, Nausea, Strain On Eyes, Diagnosed Herpes. Any Other STD Showing Up?
ive been having severe stomach pain and very nauseous im just wondering if it has anything to do with a tumor somewhere in the brain and ive also been having strain on my eyes everyday I do not know what is wrong I need help with this answear because im in the hospital either every couple months the one doctor that checked me out last time said I had herpes cause I had unprotected sex before I met and got with my fiancé of 17 months is there anyways that along with that there could be another std that's just now showing up

Most likely is is due to stomach infection,indigestion after eating bad,heavy food.
Take rebeprazole,pentoprazol with domperidon to subside nausea.
If it is persistent than also start antibiotic like ofloxacin,levofloxacin.
Oral lactobacillus will be helpful.
Take care for proper hydration.
Avoid heavy,oily,spicy food.Take simple diet,drink more liquids like water,fruit juices,buttermilk.
Go for investigations like cbc,urine,sgpt,stool,rbs and consult your physician for further medical management.
