Stomach Pain, No Lumps, Cough, Runny Nose, Ear Pain. Serious?

hi i'm 17 and i just got through having the flue.this is not my problem however some of the symptoms after this has been mild pain in my lower stomach bellow my belly button and on the bottom of my testicles. there is no lumps or swelling just a mild pain which makes it uncomfortable to eat / walk. other symptoms i still have is coughing, runny nose and ear aches. im just wondering if there is anything serious, or if any of it is related.

Thanks for query on HCM.
You have most likely viral upper respiratory tract infection.
Steam inhalation will be helpful.
Pain in lower abdomen to testis indicates some urinary tract infection or passage of small stone in the tract.
Confirm it by cbc, urine and usg.
Start antibiotic like moxifloxacin, nsaid with antihistminic and rebeprazole or pentoprazole / domperidone under guidance of your physician.
Avoid oily, spicy, heavy food.Drink more water and other liquids.
