Stomach Pain, Vomittng,cold Sweats. What Could This Be?
Hi yesterday I woke up and got in the shower when I noticed my stomach was a little tense if I pushed on it it hurt then I ended up puking neon yellowish color which I think was stomach acids later through out the day I started getting symptoms like cold sweats no fever aching muscles stomach pains diarrhea and headaches what could this be?

I suggest that you be examined by a surgeon to rule out acute abdominal causes. You need to also get an ultrasound. Causes of abdominal pain and vomitting are appendicitis, cholecystitis etc. I suggest you get yourself checked out by a doctor.
