Hello and welcome to HCM,

The interpretation of your stool is as follows:
1. There is presence of pus cells/ white blood cells- presence of WBCs suggest presence of infection, however it is mild.
2. Presence of RBCs in stools can be due to infection.
3. Presence of undigested food particles and fat droplets suggest a malabsorption.
4. There is absence of any ovum. egg of any parasite, bacteria or fungus.

In order to know the cause of malabsorption, an upper gastro-intestinal endoscopy and biopsy are required.
biopsy will help to the see the changes, if any at the microscopic level.
Management of malabsorption will depend on the findings of these investigations.

Thanks and take care
