Stool Analysis Done. What Type Of Diet Or Medicine Will Help?

hello doctor
I do stool analysis (general stool examination)
consistency:semi formed with mucous
pus cells:(50-55)/clumps/HPF
RBC:(8-10)/HPF
cyst for entameaba histolytica(++)
ova:Nil
others:trophozoite for entameaba histolytica(+)
also I do (STOOL CULTURE)
RESULT :no pathogenic bacteria isolated.normal floral growth only
Serology for salmonella,shigella and yersinia and campylobacter:NEGATIVE
Please help me what can I do and about the drugs.

your stool report clearly suggests that you are suffering from intestinal amebiasis , a common & easily treatable parasitic infection.
Amebiasis is contracted by consuming contaminated food or water containing the cyst stage of the parasite. It can also be spread by person-to-person contact.
Please take metronidazole (7-10 day course) or tinidazole(3 day course) tabs in appropriate doses.

No specific diet is needed except to avoid spicy, oily or junk foods.
